Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Our Information Evening is held at the beginning of the autumn term. This is an opportunity for all parents to come along and hear in more detail about events run and funds raised, and how the money has been spent.

This used to be when we held the AGM and elected the new committee, but in 2009 they'll be seperate events to allow more time for the accounts to be finalised prior to the AGM.

Our perennial plea is that we always need more PSA members and in particular Friends of the PSA to help out with our fund-raising activities, so if you think that you might be able to give a little back to the school in the form of your time, then this is the once-a-year event for you where all of your questions can be answered.

The AGM, with the review of the past year and election of the new committee will then be held later in the term.
